About approval of Technical regulations of execution of customs declarations

According to Art. 162 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 219-225, 238) and Regulations on application of the Customs code No. 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,

1. Technical regulations of execution of customs declarations affirm according to appendix.

2. To development department and information security to take necessary measures for the purpose of execution of this order.

3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on heads of customs authorities and Management of information development and safety.

4. Cancel:

1) Order of Customs Service No. 595-O/2013 on electronic customs clearance of export goods (Sheet No. 265-276/1307 of 19:08. 2016);

2) Order of Customs Service No. 75-O/2015 on approval of Methodical rules of carrying out electronic customs clearance of imported goods (customs procedure 4000, 4200) (Sheet No. 265-276/1308 of 19:08. 2016);

3) the Order of Customs Service No. 480-O/2006 on approval of the Technique of execution of the customs declaration it is detailed (Sheets No. 399-404 of 18:11. 2016, Art. 1947) .Controlul asupra executarii prezentului

5. The order is assigned to the head of the department of the income and customs control.

6. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
