1. Approve Methodology of processing of the customs declaration by information method according to appendix.
2. This methodology becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
3. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this order to the attention of customs brokers and customs applicants.
4. Along with approval of this methodology the Order No. 148-O of July 6, 2005 loses force.

1. In case of application of these rules it is necessary to understand:
a) information method of declaration of goods - set of the instructions and actions allowing to declare goods by means of customs information system;
b) the user of information system - the legal entity using information method of declaration of goods and which can be the customs applicant or the customs broker user of information system according to provisions of this Section;
