1. Approve Methodology of processing of the customs declaration by information method according to appendix which will be applied along with installation of the ASYCUDA World module.

2. To chiefs of customs to make changes to technological schemes of control from the moment of installation of the ASYCUDA World module according to the above-named methodology.

3. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this order to the attention of the faces authorized by the right of filling of the customs declaration under list, before publication of Methodology of processing of the customs declaration by information method in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

4. To assign responsibility for the correct and timely accomplishment of this order to chiefs of customs.

5. I impose control over the implementation of this order on myself.

Section I. Determinations

1. In case of application of these rules it is necessary to understand:

a) information method of declaration of goods - set of the instructions and actions allowing to declare goods by means of customs information system;

b) the user of information system - the legal entity using information method of declaration of goods and which can be the customs applicant or the customs broker - the user of information system, according to provisions of this Section;
