About electronic customs clearance of goods for export

For the purpose of simplification of the customs procedures connected with export, execution of provisions of the Order of the Government No. 904 of November 13, 2013 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for electronic customs clearance of goods" (The Official Bulletin 258-261 of November 15 2013) I ORDER:

1. Approve "Methodological regulations of the electronic procedure of customs clearance of goods for export" according to appendix to this order.

2. For execution of this order to management of information technologies together with management of information development to provide permanent training of customs officers in processing of the electronic customs declaration.

3. Perform GP "VamServInform" in information systems of Customs Service necessary changes for ensuring effective functioning.

3. To assign execution of this order to management of the organization of customs control, management of information technologies, management of information development and chiefs of customs.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the head of the department of the income and customs control.

6. This order becomes effective from the moment of its signing.
