About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 17, 2025 No. 337
Based on the paragraph of the third Item 4, paragraphs two, the fourth and fifth part one and part two of Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 17, 2025 No. 337 "About support to the sports organizations" (further – the Decree No. 337) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine:
the directions of expenditure sports clubs of means of the support got according to subitems 2.4-2.6 of Item 2 of the Decree No. 337, according to appendix 1;
the directions of expenditure federations of means of the support got according to subitems 2. 4, 2.5 and 2.7 Items 2 of the Decree No. 337, according to appendix 2.
2. In case of determination of the specific size of subsidy to federations and sports clubs at the expense of means according to republican or local budgets within the most admissible sizes of the subsidies on sports determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the quantity of sports constructions and other property which is on balance of these federations, sports clubs, the approved schedule of sporting events the forthcoming year are considered.
The specific sizes of subsidies to federations are established based on the offers of the Ministry of Sport approved with National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
Subsidies are provided step by step, as a rule, at least two times in calendar year.
