About application and suspension of action of separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Apply from the date of entry into force of this resolution and till March 1, 2027:

a) the paragraph the fourth Item 34 of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2024 No. 694 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 23, the Art. 3175);

b) Item 13 of the Rules of evaluating impact on the environment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2024 No. 1644 "About procedure for evaluating impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 49, the Art. 7617), concerning new technicians, technologies which use can make impact on the environment.

2. Suspend from the date of entry into force of this resolution and till March 1, 2027 action:

a) the paragraph of the fifth Item 34 of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2024 No. 694 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting the state environmental assessment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 23, the Art. 3175);

b) Item 13 of the Rules of evaluating impact on the environment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2024 No. 1644 "About procedure for evaluating impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 49, the Art. 7617), concerning technologies (engineering procedures, the equipment, technical methods, methods) which use can make impact on the environment, according to the list of scopes and criteria of reference of such technologies approved by the Government of the Russian Federation to technologies, drafts of technical documentation on which are object of the state environmental assessment.
