Bring in Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, Art. 2080; 2023, No. 2, Art. 123, No. 47, Art. 2549; 2024, No. 8, Art. 388, No. 37, Art. 2307, No. 81, Art. 4789; 2025, No. 34, the Art. 2282) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market

1. In item 4:

1) in subitem 5 of the word "PJSC Ukrnafta shall be replaced with words "JSC Ukrnafta;

2) to add Item with the subitem 7 of the following content:

"7) on GTS Operator of Ukraine LLC - on purchase of the imported natural gas for own needs and production and technological expenses, stipulated in Item the 10th this provision.".

2. In paragraph one of Items 5 and 6 of figure and the word "October 31, 2025." to replace with figures and the words "March 31, 2026.

3. In Item of the 8th figure and the word "October 31, 2025." to replace with figures and the words "March 31, 2026.

4. In Item 8-1:
