About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning evacuation of the population from the territories of active and possible fighting and ensuring social protection of the evacuated persons
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning evacuation of the population from the territories of active and possible fighting and ensuring social protection of the evacuated persons of change which are applied.
2. To the ministry of social policy, family and unity within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution:
approve procedure for creation, administration and ensuring functioning of the state information system of coordination of evacuation and assistance to persons from temporarily occupied territories, the territories of active and possible fighting;
provide creation and implementation of the state information system of coordination of evacuation and assistance to persons from temporarily occupied territories, the territories of active and possible fighting.
3. Recommend to executive bodies rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their education) councils to determine from among suppliers of social services of persons responsible for maintenance of the evacuated population.
4. To provide to the ministries, other central executive bodies, regional public administrations (military authorities), military authorities of settlements (in case of their education) within a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution according to competence of taking measures, necessary for its accomplishment.
