1. In the Standard agreement of lease of land approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2004 No. 220 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 9, Art. 527; 2006, No. 50, Art. 3338; 2008, No. 68, Art. 2269; 2016, No. 94, Art. 3077; 2022, No. 41, Art. 2219):
1) paragraph one of Item 8 after words and figures "the duration of the agreement of lease of land cannot be less than 10 years" to add with words and figures "; in case of transfer to lease of the parcel of land (parcels of land) of state-owned property to joint-stock company, limited liability company which 100 percent of shares (shares) in the authorized capital belong to the state which was formed by transformation of such state company and is his legal successor, the duration of the agreement of lease of land constitutes 50 years";
