1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 20, 2021 No. 279 "About determination of the list of investment projects":
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance and the Mogilev regional executive committee within terms of implementation of business plans of the investment projects included in the list specified in Item 1 of this resolution, provision to the organizations from the republican budget of budget transfers compensation of part of the costs incured in case of implementation in 2021-2025 of these projects on condition of attraction by them of the credits of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company for realization of project data and also in case of accomplishment of other requirements established in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2020 No. 177.";
