Based on parts one and the second Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2024 "About tax exemption on value added" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 77
1. Determine the list of processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it exempted from the value added tax according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2024 No. 77, according to appendix.
2. To add Item 2.2 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, with subitem 2.2.3 of the following content:
