About enhancement of procedure for settling of rent housing

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of the state housing stock I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till January 1, 2026 reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. To provide to local councils of deputies till January 1, 2026 reduction of the decisions in compliance with this Decree, having determined procedure and conditions of transfer without transition of the property right of the premises which are in utility property, similar to the procedure and conditions established in this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - since January 1, 2026;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 200, to state column 5 of subitem 1.1.18 of Item 1.1 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens in the following edition:

"1 month from the date of filing of application, and for rent housing in again built apartment apartment houses which financing of construction was performed at the expense of budgetary funds, means received from provision of rent housing - 10 working days".
