About recognition of snow leopard national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About recognition of snow leopard national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 29, 2023 No. 369, of preserving, protection and promoting of the symbols reflecting natural and cultural heritage of the country according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Recognize snow leopard as national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

1) logo of national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic - snow leopard according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for application of logo of national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic - snow leopard according to appendix 2.

3. To the ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to approve the description of logo of national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic - snow leopard;

To publish 2) on the official site logo of national symbol of the Kyrgyz Republic - snow leopard;

3) to develop and approve the actions plan on preserving population of snow leopard and area of its dwelling.

4. To state bodies, local government bodies, the organizations and organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership to be guided by this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
