According to Item 3 of article 11-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed measures directed to decrease in risks of legalization (washing) in income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction (further – measures).

2. To the central executive bodies, state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval), to other organizations (under approval) to provide timely execution of measures, and also times a half-year, no later than the 5th following the accounting period, to provide information on the course of their realization in financial monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To financial monitoring agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) once a half-year, no later than the 20th following the accounting period to provide in Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the course of implementation of measures.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its official publication, but not earlier than November 20, 2025.
