About establishment of sizes of assets of the leasing organizations for the purpose of implementation of anti-monopoly control

Establish the size of the assets of the leasing organization (except for money) acquired by person (group of persons) as a result of one transaction or several transactions in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority, in the amount of 10 percent of asset cost on the last balance is required.
