About procedure for determination of types of especially valuable personal estate of autonomous organization

According to part 3 of article 3 of the Federal law "About Autonomous Organizations" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that types of especially valuable personal estate of federal autonomous institutions are determined according to Item 2 of this resolution the joint solution of the corresponding federal executive body performing functions on normative legal regulation in spheres of science, education, health care, culture, social protection, employment of the population, physical culture and sport, and also in other spheres and federal executive body to which management of federal property is assigned.

2. Determine what in case of determination of types of especially valuable personal estate of federal autonomous institutions according to Item 1 of this resolution is subject to inclusion in its structure:

personal estate which book value exceeds 500 thousand rubles;

other personal estate which book value does not exceed 500 thousand rubles, without which implementation of the main activities by federal autonomous institution will be significantly complicated;

property which alienation is performed in the special procedure established by the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation including the museum collections and objects which are in federal property and included in the structure of the state part of Museum fund of the Russian Federation, library stocks carried in accordance with the established procedure to historical and cultural monuments, documents of Archive fund of the Russian Federation.
