About change of the resolution of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 2019 No. 3

Based on subitem 10.7 and part one of subitem 10.8 of Item 10 of the Regulations on Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2009 No. 87, the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for creation and the direction of the conclusions about establishment of the bases attracting the adjustment of tax base and (or) tax amount (collection), and also registration and the direction of information approved by the resolution of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 2019 No. 3, the following changes:

in Item 1 of the word "further-Department" shall be replaced with words "further if other is not established, - Department";

in Item part one 6, paragraph one of Item 7 and part one of Item 12 of the word "since the moment" shall be replaced with words "from the date of";

in appendix 2 to this Instruction:
