About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2019 No. 151

In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2019 No. 151 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and based on subitem 10.7 and part one of subitem 10.8 of Item 10 of the Regulations on Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2009 No. 87, the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and the direction of the conclusions about establishment of the bases attracting adjustment of tax base and (or) tax amount (collection), and also registrations and the directions of information it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
