About establishment of forms of transport documents in case of accomplishment of motor transportations of passengers

Based on parts four and the fifth article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 "About road transport and motor transportations" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 278-Z

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling of the work order on chartering of the vehicle for motor transportation of passengers it (is applied).

2. Establish forms:

2.1. the work order on chartering of the vehicle for motor transportation of passengers according to appendix 1;

2.2. the form of the ticket for the international motor transportations of passengers in the regular message (further if other is not established, – the ticket) according to appendix 2;

2.3. the form of the luggage receipt on the international motor transportations of passengers in the regular message according to appendix 3;

2.4. the electronic ticket on the international motor transportations of passengers in the regular message (further if other is not established, – the electronic ticket) according to appendix 4.

3. Determine that forms of the work order on chartering of the vehicle for motor transportation of passengers, the ticket for the international motor transportations of passengers in the regular message and the luggage receipt on the international motor transportations of passengers in the regular message made before entry into force of this resolution are valid before their complete use.
