About introduction of amendments to the Law on the government budget for 2025 No. 310/2024

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the government budget for 2025 No. 310/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 556-559, 768), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Articles of 1 figure "75 284 779,0" and "93 191 130,"" to replace respectively with figures "75 932 486,3" and "93 838 837,4".

2. In Article 2:

in Item d) figures "3 640 002,8" to replace with figures "3 630 002,8";

add Article with Item l) the following content:

"l) on covering of expenses of the Moldavian state university which is under supervision of the Ministry of Education and Research and is functioned on the basis of financial and economic self-government, in departure from provisions of Item and) parts (1) article 145 of the Code about education No. 152/2014 - in the amount of 20 000,0 thousand lei.".

3. In Article 3:

in Item a) to replace figures "25 000,0" with figures "29 600,0";

in Item f) to replace figures "655 000,0" with figures "807 219,0";

Item g) to declare invalid.

4. In part (1) Article 4:

in Item a) figures "19 397 847,8" to replace with figures "19 698 347,8";
