1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register of cost of lands, the parcels of land it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2010 No. 37 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register of cost of lands, the parcels of land of the state land cadastre";

the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2015 No. 43 "About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2010 No. 37".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
