1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2001 No. 164 "About approval of Rules of preparation and use of networks of telecommunications public, resources of single network of telecommunications for needs of state bodies, bodies of defense, safety and protection of law and order of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
