According to the subitem 8 of Item 18 of the Regulations on the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 19, 2025 No. 592, Item 25 of the List of the separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic delegated by state bodies and to executive bodies of the local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 3, 2023 No. 115,

I ORDER:

1. Establish criteria of reference of the goods moved with physical persons through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic to goods for private use according to appendix.

2. To chiefs of customs authorities to inform the staff of entrusted divisions of this order and to provide their further execution according to the specified requirements.

3. To confer the personal responsibility behind execution of this order on chiefs of customs authorities and officials of the customs authorities responsible for execution of this order.

4. To head department of the organization of customs control (A. Berdibekov):

- within three working days from the date of publication to send to the copy of this order in duplicate in the state and official languages, on paper and electronic carriers, with indication of information on source of its publication to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts;

- within three working days from the date of entry into force of this order to send to the copy of this order in the state and official languages to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.

5. To the press secretary (G. Chubakov) to post this order on the official website of the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
