About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2023 No. 138

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2023 No. 138 "About the data relating to each monitored transportation of subjects to tracking on the territories of two and more state members of the Eurasian Economic Union with use of navigation seals and subjects to accounting and storage in information systems of national operators of state members" the following changes:
a) to add the subitem "b" of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"identifier of navigation seal;";
b) to add the subitem "b" of Item 2 after the words "specified in" with words "the paragraph the second the subitem "b" and".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
