About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2019 No. 39
Based on Item 5 of the Regulations on completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2014 No. 241, of subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In paragraphs second and third No. 39 "About completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse)" the words "special permission (license)" to replace parts three of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2019 with the word "license" in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
