Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2008 No. 1040 "About approval of the General provision about legal service of the ministry, other executive body" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 93, Art. 3068; 2024, No. 73, the Art. 4350) and of July 2, 2014 No. 228 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1455) changes which are applied.

1. Add the General provision about legal service of the ministry, other executive body approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2008 No. 1040, Item 16-1 of the following content:
"16-1. The Ministry of Justice provides coordination of activities of legal services of the ministries, other central executive bodies concerning legal work, checks condition of such work, submits proposals on its improvement, elimination of the revealed violations and shortcomings and accountability of the officials guilty of the allowed violations.
The ministries, other central executive bodies provide representation of Ministry of Justice in the terms of information on availability established by it in their structure of legal service, its type, the list of workers, their professional and educational level.".
