About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2009 No. 1200

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2009 No. 1200 "About approval of the Procedure of wholesale and retail trade by the vehicles and their components having identification numbers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 87, Art. 2939; 2013, No. 29, Art. 992; 2021, No. 44, the Art. 2704) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in nine months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2009 No. 1200

1. Add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. To provide to the ministry of development of communities and territories:

creation and maintenance of functioning of the reference book on specific fuel consumptions and specific emissions of CO2 of new cars and its updating once a year no later than March 31;

placement of the reference book on specific fuel consumptions and specific emissions of CO2 of new cars on the official site.".

2. According to the procedure of implementation of wholesale and retail trade by the vehicles and their components having identification numbers, approved by the specified resolution:

1) to add Item 3 after the paragraph of the sixth with new paragraphs of the following content:

"option - set of cars which belong to one type and do not differ from each other according to such essential characteristics for category M1 wheel vehicles (are determined if necessary):
