Based on paragraphs two and third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2021 No. 9 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. No. 41 "About determination of format and structure of the data transferred to system of marking" to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of May 17, 2021 it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2025.
