1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of body of state revenues with the authorized state bodies performing accounting and (or) registration of vehicles on submission of data on the taxation objects and (or) objects connected with the taxation and about the taxpayers having such objects.
2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this joint order the direction it the copy in electronic form on Kazakh and Russians in the Republican state company "Institute of the Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Finance, agricultural industry, transport and internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
