This resolution:

- shifts Item 3, subitem 4.4 and subitem 4.6 of Item 4, subitem 5.1 of Item 5, subitem 11.7 of Item 11, subitem 16.4 of Item 16 of Appendix I to the Directive of Council 89/654/EEC of November 30, 1989 about minimum of requirements to safety and hygiene of workplaces [the first separate directive in value of part (1) Article 16 of the Directive 89/391/EEC], CELEX: 31989L0654, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 393 of December 30, 1989, with the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1243 of June 20, 2019;

- shifts part (2) Articles 1, Article 8, Item 12 of Appendix I and Item 1 of Appendix III to the Directive of Council 92/58/EEC of June 24, 1992 about the minimum requirements to providing indexes of health protection and work place safety [the ninth separate directive in value of part (1) Article 16 of the Directive 89/391/EEC], CELEX: 31992L0058, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 245 of August 26, 1992, with the last to changes, brought by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1243 of June 20, 2019;

- shifts letter (f) of part (3) Article 1 and letter (c) of Item 2 of Appendix to the Directive of Council 90/270/EEC of May 29, 1990 the minimum requirements of safety during the work with the display equipment [the fifth separate directive in value of part (1) Article 16 of the Directive 89/391/EEC], CELEX: 31990L0270, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 156 of June 21, 1990, with the last to changes, brought by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1243 of June 20, 2019.
