RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About reorganization of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education", modification and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Education and Science on reorganization of the Public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" (code according to EGRPOU 39736985) by transformation to public institution "Center of ensuring education" with its reference to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Education and Science.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science to perform in accordance with the established procedure the actions connected with reorganization of the public scientific institution "Institute of Upgrade of Content of Education" within the budget settings provided to the specified Ministry on the answering purpose.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
