the tax declaration (calculation) for tax in case of simplified taxation system according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

statements for transition to simplified taxation system according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

1-1. Determine that tax declarations (calculations) for tax in case of simplified taxation system are filled in taking into account the following features:

1-1.1. the taxpayer (other obliged person) (daleeplatelshchik) fills and includes only those Sections of the tax declaration (calculation) for which filling it has data in the tax declaration (calculation);
