1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of development, acceptance, modification, cancellation, renewal of action, promulgation and introduction of standards of cryptographic and technical information security, cyberprotection, counteraction to technical investigations (further - standards of information security).
Standards of information security are applied on voluntary basis, except cases if obligation of their application is established by regulatory legal acts.
