About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 214

1. Bring in Item 2 of the Instruction on procedure for holding qualification examination for determination of the professional training level of person applying for acquisition of the status of the notary approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 214, the following changes:
the second after the paragraph of the seventh to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the decision of territorial notarial chamber on the place of implementation by the applicant to notarial activities (notary office) in case of receipt of the certificate by it on implementation of notarial activities;";
in part three "eighth" to replace the word with the word "ninth".
