About accounting of requirements of creditors and other persons in insolvency matters or bankruptcy

Based on Item 7 of article 71 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. The instruction about procedure for maintaining requirements of creditors by the anti-recessionary managing director of the register (is attached);

1.2. Rules of accounting by the anti-recessionary managing director of requirements of the creditors who are subject to satisfaction out of turn, and also requirements of founders (participants) of the debtor - the legal entity, not left and not excluded from the list of this debtor for date of initiation of insolvency proceedings or bankruptcy, according to the obligations connected using conditions of establishment (participation) (are attached).

2. Maintaining the register of requirements of creditors for cases on economic insolvency (bankruptcy) on which production is initiated by the court considering economic cases till October 1, 2023 is performed according to the Instruction about procedure for maintaining requirements of creditors by the anti-recessionary managing director of the register approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2012 No. 96.
