1. Bring in the structure and format of the declaration of customs value approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 16, 2018 No. 4, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than April 1, 2026.
