About establishment for 2026 - 2028 of amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Republic of Serbia and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to article 4 of the Agreement on the free trade area between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Republic Serbia, on the other hand, of October 25, 2019 (further – the Agreement) and appendix No. 2 to the Agreement the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Establish amounts of the tariff quotas concerning the separate types of the goods coming from the Republic of Serbia and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – state members) according to the Agreement (further – the tariff quotas), for 2026 – according to appendix No. 1, for 2027 – according to appendix No. 2, for 2028 – according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that:

concerning the goods imported within amounts of the tariff quotas specified in appendices No. 1 – 3 to this Decision, in the presence of the license granted by authorized body of state member and in case of observance of the conditions of provision of free trade regime established by the Agreement the rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 percent from customs value is applied;

the tariff quotas are applied to the goods specified in appendices No. 1 – 3 to this Decision, placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption;

in case of commodity importation in the quantity exceeding the amounts of the tariff quotas specified in appendices No. 1 – 3 to this Decision, and (or) in case of non-compliance with the conditions of provision of free trade regime established by the Agreement rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union are applied.
