Based on part three of Item 46 of the Regulations on procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services, service in management of common property of joint household and payment for use of premises of the state housing stock, and also the expense recovery for the electric power approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2025 No. 465, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure and conditions of implementation of calculations for the consumed heat energy for indications of devices of individual accounting of expense of heat energy or distributors of heat on heating devices in residential and (or) non-residential premises in apartment apartment houses it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
