About approval of the Regulations on beer and drinks on the basis of beer

Based on part (6) Articles 6, parts (4) Article 7-1, of parts (2) and (4) Article 17 and parts (1) and (2) article 17-7 of the Law No. 1100/2000 on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 126, the Art. 197), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on beer and drinks on the basis of beer it (is applied).

2. The order of the Government No. 473/2012 about approval of the Technical regulation "Beer and Drinks on the basis of Beer" (2012, Art. No. 135-141, 519), with subsequent changes, to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

4. Labels and packaging which producers had before entry into force of this resolution can be used for marking of beer and drinks on the basis of beer till December 31, 2026, and the realization of the corresponding products can be enabled before exhaustion of inventories, but not later than till August 31, 2027.
