About modification of some orders of the Government (regulation of the regulatory base in the field of industrial safety)

Based on Item and) parts (2) article 29 of the Law No. 151/2022 on safe functioning potentially hazardous production facilities and technical installations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 208-216, 377), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Minimum requirements of safety in case of operation of distribution networks of combustible natural gases approved by the Order of the Government No. 552/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 253-264, 649), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text:

1.1.1. words "hazardous production facility" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "potentially hazardous production facility" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.1.2. "business entity" in any grammatical form to replace words with the word "operator" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.1.3. the words "production supervision" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "internal production supervision" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. in Item 2:

1.2.1 6) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) stations of storage and pouring of the liquefied oil gas (SHRSG)";

1.2.2. 9) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"9) reservoir installations with distribution networks and installations for utilization of the liquefied oil gas";

1.3. in Item 3 1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) networks of transportation of natural gas";

1.4. in Item 6:

1.4.1. add with subitem 7-1) of the following content:

"7-1) gas supply system natural fuel - distribution networks of natural gas, installation of consumption, installation for connection, the gas installations of final consumers determined according to the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas;";

1.4.2. 8) and 9) to state subitems in the following edition:
