Considering provisions of the Agreement on safety between the government of Ukraine and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of domestic and foreign policy", for ensuring accomplishment of the Technical arrangement between the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the headquarters of the Supreme Commander of the Joint armed forces of NATO concerning transformation about the Ukrainian personnel in the Joint center NATO - Ukraine according to the analysis, the preparation and education (JATEC) signed on July 8, 2025 in Warsaw, the Republic of Poland (further - the Technical arrangement), and for the purpose of the direction and coordination of activities of state bodies in the direction of the Ukrainian personnel, regulation of the questions connected with its stay in the Joint center NATO - Ukraine according to the analysis, preparation and education (JATEC) for practical cooperation with NATO within joint bodies, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Defence on the direction of the Ukrainian personnel in the Joint center NATO - Ukraine according to the analysis, preparation and education (JATEC).
2. Determine the Ministry of Defence responsible for coordination of actions for the direction and activities of the Ukrainian personnel in the Joint center NATO - Ukraine by the analysis, preparation and education (JATEC).
3. Determine that total quantity of positions for the Ukrainian personnel in the Joint center NATO - Ukraine according to the analysis, preparation and education (JATEC) constitutes 20 positions, from which:
the senior national representative (department director) - one position;
the head of department - three positions;
the chief of department - three positions;
the officer - 13 positions.
