No. 219-225, 238), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. The list of the medicinal raw materials (active and excipients) used for preparation and production of drugs according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. The list of the medicinal raw materials (plants and plant extracts) used for preparation and production of drugs according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. The list of the materials, products, primary and secondary package used for preparation and production of drugs according to appendix No. 3.

2. Recognize to invalid:

2.1. The order of the Government No. 581/2016 about dyes which can be added to medicines for the person (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 128-133, 634);

2.2. The order of the Government No. 1165/2016 about the approval of lists of medicinal raw materials, materials, products, primary and secondary package used for preparation and production of drugs (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 368, the Art. 1255), with subsequent changes.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
