About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 16, 2016 No. 170
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 16, 2016 No. 170 "About approval of the Procedure for import, the first delivery and target use of the goods determined by part eight of Article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine for use in production of goods of defense appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 23, Art. 907; 2022, No. 96, the Art. 5968) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "The ministry of questions of strategic industries" shall be replaced with words to "Ministry of Defence".
2. According to the procedure of import, the first delivery and target use of the goods determined by part eight of Article 287 of the Customs code of Ukraine for use in the production of goods of defense appointment approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 5:
in paragraph four of the word "or its representation" to exclude;
add Item after the paragraph of the fourth with new paragraphs of the following content:
