1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out tenders (auctions) at the choice of the investor for the conclusion with it the concession treaty (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for maintaining the state register of concession treaties (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for determination of the starting amount of one-time payment on subjects to concession of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2001 No. 1430 "About the Procedure for maintaining the state register of concession treaties";
