According to Item 30 of article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of representation to credit bureaus in body of state revenues of data from the credit report on debt of physical persons which had obligation on submission of the declaration on assets and liabilities, about the income and property, before the collection and (or) microfinancial organizations, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of data from the credit report on debt of physical persons which had obligation on submission of the declaration on assets and liabilities, about the income and property, before the collection organizations, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of data from the credit report on debt of physical persons which had obligation on submission of the declaration on assets and liabilities, about the income and property, before the microfinancial organizations, according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
