1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for establishment to the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents, participant status of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents, the status of the victim from catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents, and also issues of the documents confirming the right to privileges (are applied);

form of the certificate of the victim of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

the certificates of the victim of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents issued in accordance with the established procedure after January 1, 2012 in the form approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus before entry into force of this resolution are not subject to exchange;

production of certificates of the victim of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents in the form approved by this resolution is performed only after complete expenditure of already made forms of the specified certificates.

3. Recognize resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix to be invalid.
