About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates:

carry out till December 19, 2025 taking into account provisions of Items 2 and 3 of the changes approved by this resolution concerning the organizations which directed offers on price fixation (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy, the analysis of compliance to criteria of reference of owners of objects of electric grid economy to the territorial network organizations and by results of such analysis notify the organizations which are not corresponding to the specified criteria on lack of the bases for price fixation (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy (with indication of criteria of reference of owners of objects of electric grid economy to the territorial network organizations to which such legal entity does not correspond);

staticize (if necessary) and post till December 19, 2025 on the official sites on the Internet information on the territorial network organizations, stipulated in Item 30(1) Rules of state regulation (review, application) the prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry";
