About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1196

1. Bring in the Charter of rail transport public approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1196, the following changes:

in Item 3 part one:
