About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
3. Determine that the amount of the rent determined according to the Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582 "About the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and about Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution), is established for the lease agreements of the parcels of land which are in property of the Russian Federation, concluded after entry into force of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
