1. Start pilot project on rendering the state service "Issue, Prolongation and Withdrawal of Permission to the Labour Immigrant" by means of the portal of "the electronic government".
2. Approve the Algorithm of rendering the state service "Issue, Prolongation and Withdrawal of Permission to the Labour Immigrant" by means of the portal of "the electronic government", according to appendix, to this order.
3. To the ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Informatsiolnny Technologies joint-stock company to complete work on modification of the portal of "the electronic government" on the state service "Issue, Prolongation and Withdrawal of Permissions to the Labour Immigrant" until the end of December, 2025.
4. To provide to the Ministries of Labour and Social Protection of the population, and also artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan bringing this joint order to data of the subordinated organizations and local executive bodies.
5. To provide to committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
